To qualify, you must complete the full program, submit proof of your exam attempt, and request the refund within 14 days of receiving your exam result.

This guarantee applies only to students who complete the program and take the CMCA exam; refunds are not available for unused accounts, incomplete coursework, missed or cancelled exams, expired access, or failure to schedule the exam.
