Welcome to On-the-Go Studio™. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, digital programs, audio-based educational services, flipbooks, field manuals, professional certification training materials, and related online content.

By accessing or purchasing any On-the-Go Studio™ product, including CMCA Test Prep Powered by Anywhere Audio™, Association Board Essentials, Illustrated On-the-Go Field Manuals™, or any other course, program, audio lesson, digital resource, or online material, you agree to these Terms of Service.

On-the-Go Studio LLC provides online audio-based educational services, including test preparation and professional development programs delivered through a digital learning platform.

Our programs may include audio lessons, online flipbooks, field manuals, study guides, downloadable materials where specifically provided, videos, quizzes, practice questions, worksheets, and other educational resources.

On-the-Go Studio™ offers professional certification training featuring Anywhere Audio™, designed to help learners study while moving through their day.

Our content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that use of our materials will result in passing any examination, obtaining any certification, securing employment, receiving a promotion, or achieving any specific professional outcome.

Certification exams, including the CMCA® examination, are administered by independent third parties. On-the-Go Studio LLC is not the owner, administrator, or official certifying body for any third-party certification unless expressly stated.

Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the official requirements, eligibility standards, study resources, exam rules, and policies of the applicable certifying organization.

To access certain products or programs, you may be required to create an account through our online learning platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide your login information or course access to any other person.

Each login is individual and tied to the purchaser or registered student. Access may be monitored to maintain the integrity of the program.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being shared, misused, copied, distributed, or accessed in violation of these Terms.

When you purchase or receive access to a program, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased materials for your personal or internal professional learning use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, resell, upload, share, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any On-the-Go Studio™ content without prior written permission from On-the-Go Studio LLC.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by On-the-Go Studio LLC.

All content provided by On-the-Go Studio™, including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, written materials, online flipbooks, field manuals, graphics, logos, course structures, study systems, trademarks, trade names, taglines, and proprietary educational methods, is owned by or licensed to On-the-Go Studio LLC.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

Prices for our programs and services are listed on our website or checkout pages and are subject to change at any time.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors or online learning platforms. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charge.

Coupons, promotional discounts, free access codes, or special offers may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.

If you determine within 48 hours of purchase that the program is not the right fit and you have completed no more than two episodes, you may request a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to hello@onthegostudio.com within the 48-hour refund window.

Because On-the-Go Studio™ programs provide access to digital audio lessons, online flipbook materials, and other proprietary learning resources, refund requests outside the stated refund window or after more than two episodes have been completed may be denied.

If a different refund policy, trial period, guarantee, or cancellation term is advertised on a specific product checkout page, that specific written policy will control for that product.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or checkout page, enrollment includes 60 days of access beginning on the purchase date.

During the access period, registered students receive streaming access to the structured audio segments in the program, along with the accompanying On-the-Go Field Manual™ online flipbook pages and any other included materials.

Registered students may purchase a one-time 14-day extension for their program if additional time is needed. Extensions should be purchased near the end of the current access period, because the extension period begins when the extension purchase is completed.

Once an access period or extension period expires, access to the program may end unless an additional extension, renewal, or new purchase is offered and completed.

Programs from On-the-Go Studio™, powered by Anywhere Audio™, are delivered through a secure learning platform and are streaming-only unless otherwise expressly stated.

Audio lessons cannot be downloaded. You must log in to access the program. Any attempt to record, download, copy, capture, share, distribute, or otherwise reproduce streaming materials is prohibited.

You are responsible for having the internet connection, device, browser, software, and audio capability needed to access and use our programs.

We are not responsible for your inability to access the program due to outdated devices, incompatible browsers, internet outages, user-side technical issues, or third-party platform interruptions outside our control.

Our website, programs, checkout pages, email communications, analytics, hosting, payment processing, or course delivery may be supported by third-party platforms, including but not limited to Kajabi or other service providers.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, cookie policies, and data practices.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

You agree not to use our website, programs, or materials for any unlawful, abusive, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of our website or learning platform. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, download, mass distribute, or bypass access controls for our materials.

Our programs may discuss professional practices, community association management concepts, board operations, governance principles, financial concepts, insurance concepts, legal concepts, or certification exam topics.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.
